CORE OBJECTIVE 2: PLATFORM FOR FREELANCE STUDENTS TO CONSULT TO EMPLOYERS
Submitted by veggiMIL on Tue, 2006-09-26 13:17That's right, perhaps the very first every offered across the internet, we now provide an avenue for students and employers to contact each other for free.
We recognise this already happens on an informal basis, the hiring of students by employers for short term jobs, at a fraction of the cost of qualified and experienced non students.
So if you think its something which students can do, why not give them a try, it saves you (the employer) money, provides invaluable opportunity and experience to the student and is surely a win win on this basis for all.
If you're an employer, start by registering with studychum.com, login, go to our forum section and see the relevant section and post your advertisement under the appropriate category.
CORE SERVICE 3: Provide platform for "STUDYCHUM KNOWLEDGE PROVIDER" (SKP) - ie. Tutor, Mentor, Trainer, Researcher, Life Coach

Additionally, if you are a tutor, than you should simply place a once off ad in your respective field of expertise and these will be placed at the top of the discussion board for this field - see for an example (look for the red pin) -http://studychum.com.au/?q=forum/195

Visual Basic tutor need ASAP!! - Will pay good money!
Submitted by J0rdz on Tue, 2008-05-06 06:02Im a uni student living in melbourne that needs to pass a Visual Basic programming subject in order to graduate. We're studying VB 6.0
Im not logically minded and have been having a lot of problems grasping even the most simple tasks. Previously hadn't of thought that the subject was going to get so full on, and it's all hit me at once. So we're currently on the last part of the subject and im completely lost.
Anyway my last resort in the hopes of completing the subject is getting a tutor. If you live in or around melbourne and would be willing to offer some of your time, for a price of course, please drop me a line asap!! Or even if you know of a well versed programmer or tutor that would be available for tuition, please msg me!
